Section 1 – Agency Overview

Policy:
Royal Splendour Healthcare LLC provides compassionate, client-centered home care services designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for seniors and individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living.


Mission Statement
To deliver dependable and compassionate care that allows individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Scope of Services
   •    Personal care assistance
   •    Companionship
   •    Meal preparation
   •    Medication reminders
   •    Light housekeeping
   •    Transportation assistance
   •    Respite care

Section 2 – Client Admission Policy

Purpose:

To ensure clients receive services appropriate to their needs.


Procedure:
To deliver dependable and compassionate care that allows individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Scope of Services

  1.    Initial inquiry received by agency. 

  2.    Intake coordinator schedules assessment.

  3.    In-home assessment conducted. 

  4.    Plan of care created.

  5.    Service agreement signed.   

  6.    Caregiver assigned.

Section 3 – Client Assessment Policy

Policy:

Each client must receive an initial assessment prior to service delivery.


Assessment includes:
To deliver dependable and compassionate care that allows individuals to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.

Scope of Services

  •    Physical condition

  •    Mobility limitations 

  •    Personal care needs 

  •    Cognitive status 

  •    Safety risks in the home

  •    Social and emotional needs

Assessments are reviewed every 6 months or when conditions change.

Section 4 – Plan of Care Policy

Policy:

Every client must have an individualized care plan.


Care plan includes:

  •    Services provided

  •    Frequency of visits

  •    Safety precautions

  •    Emergency contacts

  •    Client preferences

Care plans are updated whenever the client’s condition changes.

Section 5 – Staffing and Hiring Policy

Requirements

 

All caregivers must:

​   •    Pass background checks
   •    Provide references
   •    Meet training requirements
   •    Demonstrate competency in caregiving skills

Royal Splendour Healthcare ensures compliance with all state caregiver training requirements.

Section 6 – Staff Supervision Policy

Supervision includes:

   •    Orientation training
   •    Periodic supervisory visits
   •    Performance reviews
   •    Client feedback monitoring​

Supervisors ensure caregivers follow care plans and agency policies.

Section 7 – Infection Control Policy

Caregivers must:

   •    Practice proper hand hygiene
   •    Use personal protective equipment when needed
   •    Follow infection prevention protocols
   •    Report communicable illnesses immediately

Section 8 – Incident Reporting Policy

Any incident involving:

   •    Injury
   •    Falls
   •    Medication error
   •    Client safety concern

Must be reported immediately to the supervisor and documented in an incident report.​

Section 9 – Client Confidentiality Policy

Royal Splendour Healthcare protects client privacy by:

   •    Securing client records
   •    Limiting access to authorized personnel
   •    Complying with confidentiality laws

Section 10 – Emergency Preparedness Policy

In case of emergencies, caregivers must:

   1.     Ensure client safety
   2.    Call emergency services if needed
   3.    Notify agency supervisor
   4.    Document the incident

Section 11 – Complaint Resolution Policy

Clients may file complaints verbally or in writing.

Procedure:

    1.    Complaint received
   2.    Investigation conducted
   3.    Resolution implemented
   4.    Follow-up with client

All complaints are documented.

Section 12 – Quality Assurance Program

Royal Splendour Healthcare monitors service quality through:

   •    Client satisfaction reviews
   •    Staff evaluations
   •    Service documentation audits
   •    Ongoing training
